北京市第一中级人民法院于近日对某重要涉案人员采取了取保候审措施。据悉，该名被告因涉嫌合同诈骗罪而被北京警方立案调查。

Beijing Municipal First Intermediate People's Court recently took the measure of bail pending trial for a certain important suspect. It is reported that the defendant was under investigation by Beijing police on suspicion of contract fraud.
During this handling process, Beijing Municipal First Intermediate People's Court always upheld the principle of "taking facts as basis, rules as criteria and evidence to make judgment", made corresponding decisions after fully hearing opinions from both parties, and carried out relevant procedures comprehensively.
Meanwhile , various related institutions also cooperated closely during this incident.The procuratorial organs and public security departments timely provided intelligence support and assistance,and reminded parties concerned about rights obligations information etc..
